This male kestral perched on a post was very obliging and allowed me to approach, carefully getting closer. I used a 150-600 sigma lens so I did not get too close. However a few people just walked up to the bird with a phone and took pictures! The kestral did fly off but seemed to hang around the area not bothered by walkers and photographers. The background is soft and plain so makes the kestral realy stand out.
