A recovered leprosy patient is seen teaching a class full of young Afghan refugees in a makeshift classroom at a medical centre in Sohrab Goth, Karachi. Some 10,000 Afghan's have illegally settled in this area and run small street businesses to make ends meet while their children attend this school set up by a charitable organisation who works in their area.
