Four marble sculptures of leading figures from the early years of the Durham Miners' Association situated within the grounds of Durham Miners' Hall at Redhills, within Durham City. From left to right the sculptures are of John Forman, William Hammond Patterson, Alexander Macdonald and William Crawford. The sculptures were completed in 1876 by J. Whitehead, and were at first located on the front of the original Miners' Hall, before being moved to Redhills when the new Hall was completed in 1915.
