Approximately 100 anti-austerity protesters including members of Disabled People Against Cuts (DPAC) block off Whitehall and the entrance to Downing Street to demonstrate against George Osborne's Summer Budget. Chants of “Balls to the Budget” were followed by protesters lobbing balls of all shapes, colours and sizes at Downing Street.
