Preston UK. 22nd December 2017. A memorial recognising the achievements of Dick, Kerr’s Ladies Football team has been unveiled at Preston North End’s Deepdale Stadium. The monument was unveiled by former Everton and England goalkeeping legend Rachel Brown-Finnis. Dick, Kerr Ladies are widely recognised as the pioneers of women’s football.
