A Iftaar party/ dinner was hosted and organized by Jammu Kashmir liberation front (JKLF) in which a galaxy of political leaders, activists, Ulema and leaders of leading religious parties, civil society members, social leaders and activists, representatives of traders bodies, intellectuals, writers and columnists, jurists, journalists, human rights organizations and activists, and people from all walks of life participated. This august representative meeting terms the peaceful resolution of Jammu Kashmir issue as inevitable and pivotal for peace and stability of south Asia. This meeting also emphasizes on the need of inclusion of Kashmiris as principle party in indo/Pak talks on Kashmir. This representative gathering also rejects the joint declaration issued after recent meeting between prime ministers of India and Pakistan in Russia that had no mention of Kashmir issue and hence was an attempt to put Kashmir on back burner. This representative meeting condemns the implementation of RSS agenda in Jammu Kashmir especially the efforts to bring Jammu Muslims under persecution.
