Fore wing with vein 5 curved ; 6 from, or from below upper angle ; 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 stalked*. Hind wing with vein 2 from well before angle of cell; 3, 4, and 7 absent. Sect. I. Fore wing with veins 4, 5 on a long stalk ; 3 from near angle of cell. 9. Ceryx pleurosticta, n. sp. 5 . Black-brown ; antennoB white at tips ; frons yellowish white ; spots above eyes, tegulae, patches on patagia, meso- and metathorax, pectus, and coxoe yellow ; tarsi with the 1st joint white; ab- domen with dorsal yellow patch on 1st segment and lateral patches on the next five seg- ments ; the ventral surface yellow. Fore wing with two yellow points at base; a hya- line spot below base of cell, a quadrate patch below origin of vein 2, a small spot in end of cell, and spots above vein 6 and between veins 3 and 5.
