Flowers are placed outside the King Edward VII hospital apartments in memory of Jacintha Saldanha a nurse recently found dead at the King Edward VII hospital apartments in central London, Britain, 10 December 2012. A nurse employed at the hospital was been found dead 07 December. She was one of the nurses who took a prank call from an Australian radio show earlier in the week. Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, the pregnant wife of Britain's Prince William, was being treated for morning sickness, said he is confident they have done nothing wrong and that nobody could have foreseen the tragic outcome. Jacintha Saldanha, 46, the nurse who was duped by the radio station's prank call to the King Edward VII Hospital where Prince William's wife Kate was being treated, was found dead on Friday, in a suspected suicide.
