Partick Train and Underground station evacuated and closed in security alert.

Glasgow, United Kingdom, Sunday 14th August 2016. Partick train and underground station has been evacuated in a security alert at 1445 today. Staff were observed looking in the rubbish bins as announcements were made that an evacuation is in progress. Trains on the lines through Partick were cancelled and passed without stopping. Police Scotland attended and the station was reopened again after approximately 30minutes.
