TheAbigail Smith chapter of Weymouth presided at the tea table,and there was a large gathering of the merubetsin this attractiveColonial Society room. The Winniesemmet chapter of Chelsea met at the old Put-nam house, November 14th. A paper on ThePutnamsof Dan-yers in the Revolutionary War, read by ^ra. McQuinn, waslistened to with interest, as the chapter lirts four members of theDanvers Putnam family as charter members. Mrs. RebeccaPratt, the chapters real Daughter, was present. Mrs. Snow, Miss Sterling and Miss Sarah E. Hunt, the sec-ond vice-president, who is also stair regent of Massachusetts,were the guests of honor at a reception given by the ThirdPlantation chapter of Lynn at the residence of Mrs. M
