NORFOLK, Va. (March 23, 2017) - Carol Curtis, founder and president of Noah Enterprises, cuts the cake served in celebration of Women's History Celebration during the heritage event hosted by Fleet Forces Command and Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads (NSA HR) Combined Heritage Committee. This year's theme "Honoring Trailblazing Women in Labor and Business," was chosen by the committee to coincide with the Department of Defense theme "Honoring Trailblazing Women Who Have Paved the Way for Future Generations."
