Members of the Puerto Rico National Guard commemorated the 11th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. During the ceremony, PRNG Director of the Joint Staff, Brig. Gen. Victor S. Perez said "we will always keep in our memory the father and mother who never returned home.
