Gulf of Mexico oil spill clean-up. Workers cleaning up oily waste that came in through the Alabama Perdido Pass inlet. Hundreds of workers are cleaning up oil that has reached the shore after the explosion of the offshore drilling unit Deepwater Horizon on the 20th April 2010. Over five thousand barrels of oil a day leaked into the Gulf of Mexico harming local wildlife and fishing industries. Photographed on 10th June 2010.
