There was much cloudy andrainy weather, the average precipitation being decidedly abovetlie normal and the greatest reported for November since uniform geographical distribution of precipitation was amarked feature. The mean temperature ranged from 38°, in the northwesternportion of Sussex County, to about 46°, in the southern portionof Cape May County.
