Edward Daly (left), Army Sustainment Command commanding general, present Doris (Warschawski) Fogel with a framed commemorative photograph as a token of appreciation for being the keynote speaker at a Holocaust Days of Remembrance Observance hosted by First Army at Rock Island Arsenal, Ill., April 25. Fogel, who was born in Berlin in 1934, survived World War II in the Hongkew Ghetto in Shanghai, before coming to live in the United States.
