The Honorable Gilbert Cisneros Jr., Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, visited the Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) as part of a larger tour of JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, May 12-13, 2022. Cisneros presented a coin for excellence to Staff Sgt. Jessica Franklin after a tour and demonstration of the MEDCoE’s Critical Care Flight Paramedic (CCFP) Course. In the background are Maj.
