In 1891 Mr. Whitlock read a paper onboiler tests before the College Scientific Clubof Brookings, S. D. He is a member of theAmerican Society of Mechanical Engineers;of the American Electrochemical Society;and of the Electric Club of Cleveland. Mr. Whitlock is the son of Elisha S. andSarah J. Whitlock.
