Davison, a sisterof James K. Davison, of Essex Township, thiscounty, of whom a sketch appears in this cliildren have come to bless the home of ]Mis. Rice. They are IJerber,, George, Mar-tin, , Ired, Ray and (Jtto. The last namedonly has been called away from this world, it wasin 1865 when Sir. Rice came to Clinton Countyand decided to settle on the land which he nowoccupies. It was all woods here and he had to en-counter genuine pioneer experiences and do genu-ine pioneer work.
