MAYPORT, Fla. (March 12, 2017) – Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Destiny Lundgren and Seaman Kyle Cutter put turns on a bit during a sea-and-anchor detail as the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) returns to her homeport of Naval Station Mayport. Iwo Jima returned from conducting a series of qualifications and certifications as part of the basic phase of training in preparation for future operations and deployments.
