ODESSA, Ukraine (July 15, 2017) Vice Adm. Christopher Grady, commander, 6th Fleet, welcomes the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Stephan Poltorak, and Commander of the Ukrainian Navy, Vice Adm. Ihor Voronchenko, aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Hue City (CG 66) during exercise Sea Breeze 2017. Sea Breeze is a and Ukraine co-hosted multinational maritime exercise held in the Black Sea and is designed to enhance interoperability of participating nations and strengthen maritime security within the region.
