Matthew Small, an Unexploded Ordinance Quality Assurance Representative with the Army Corps of Engineers – Japan Engineer District, examines the remains of a World War II-era Japanese tunnel on the island of Okinawa, Japan. The tunnel is thought to hold the body of Pfc. John Quinn, a Marine who went missing during the final days of the Battle of Okinawa in 1945.
