The Mutual has decided to loan $30,000 ofits earnings, which have been set aside to depreciation ac-count, to the Hawaii Telephone Company for these neededimprovements. The loan is to be secured by three notes;drawing interest at 6 per cent, each for $10,000, and payablein one, two and three years.
