Fundament Bot. — Like thestomach bot, this is also theresult of running out to of the eggs being de-posited on the legs they aredeposited on the lips of thehorse. They are found in therectum, and often seen aboutthe anus and under the tail. Treatment.—Injections of rawlinseed oil, or of tobacco smoke. BOWELS, INFLAJMMATIOK OF.—The symptoms are very severepain in the belly, varying from those of colic in being a continuous pain(while in colic there are inter\^als of rest fram pain), rolling, pawing, sweat-ing, rapid breathing with an inclination to shift about, with great fever andexcitement.
