It appears as though the place has been arranged with a great deal of thought. Everything has its place, the large ferns offsetting the smaller plants ar- ranged in neat formation to the fore. The interstate commerce commission now has before it all the testimony sub- mitted during its recent hearings on the question of interchangeable mileage, which were ordered by Congress in a law passed several months ago, and a decision will be rendered within a few weeks. Under the terms of the law, the commission was required to hold hear- ings and determine whether it was prac- ticable at this time to put into effect the system of interchangeable mileage or scrip coupon tickets, for the benefit of traveling men. Traveling men for the florists' supply houses and others in the trade whose work requires them to s'jiend considerable time on the road would be benefited by the issuaiice of such tickets.
