pipe stand, Anonymous, approx. 1850, mahogany, brass, General: 63 x (630 x 195mm), pipe stand of mahogany in Dutch Biedermeier style. The pipe stand consists of a profiled turned container with a yellow copper saucer. In the center is a high twisted column on a twisted baluster base. At the top, the twisted column baluster ends in a flat disk with three holes in it for the pipes. The whole is crowned by a tapered profiled button with a number of strongly pronounced buttons, 1933
