Ottignon during the 1st Marine Logistics Group Relief and Appointment Ceremony aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 7, 2017. Black relinquished his post as the 1st MLG sergeant major to Sgt. Maj. Lonnie N. Travis at the 11 Area Parade Field. Ottignon is the 1st MLG commanding general.
