Girl selling nuts (Kola), Lokoja, Kogi State, Nigeria, Africa; As we watch the increasingly dangerous situation in the Middle-East, it becomes more and more apparent that it will not be safe to go to Lebanon again in the near future. It looks as though we must abandon our plans for the moment. Please could you let me know if you would like to me to refund your donations, or if you would be happy for me to give the amount we have so far received ( £350) to the Alternatives to Violence Project in Jordan. The Alternatives to Violence Project in Jordan has been active since 2018, when several of us went to start it off. It has really taken off in the last few years thanks to the expert support of Yousif Badawi, and is going from strength to strength, but as always, has difficulties obtaining sufficient funds for its ambitious programme. I am sure that they would appreciate the funds which you would care to send to them.
