Salpingo-obphoritis. — When inflammation of the tube has extended to the peritoneum, lymph is thrown out which becomesorganised intoadhesions whichbind togetherthe tube, ovary,and adjacent pe-ritoneum ; andthese parts forma lump, the com-ponent parts ofwhich cannot bedistinguished.
