A girl who has her face painted with Ukrainian flag colours is seen smiling while waiting for the distribution of humanitarian aid. Ukrainian forces liberated the southern regional capital Kherson for around a week, after Russia retreated back to the left bank of the Dnipro River. The city which was under 8 months of occupation still has no electricity, water, bad signal and food supply.
