When cleaned the color is reddish brown to purplish red, with paler legs. Taken by nearly all Bermuda collectors. Good specimens were in the collection of J. M. Jones (812, a, h). We found it common on rocky shoi-es, usually under stones or in crevices. A small specimen was taken on.
