A pretty miniature garden in a small crevace with bright yellow fleshy yellow-sorrel, and a variety of blue-grey and orange lichens.

It is a neophyte, which was introduced into the Scillies from South America. It has been naturalised since the 1930s and grows extensively on walls and banks, particularly on Tresco. Description-Fleshy Yellow-sorrel is a non-native, spreading and trailing, herb. Flowers are bright yellow, up to 15mm across and 5-merous. Leaflets form a trefoil and are dark green and fleshy. Stems are erect to ascending, subterranean and aerial, up to 20cm, thick and succulent. [Seasonal wild flowers]
