NEWPORT NEWS, Va (December 8, 2017) - Cmdr. Keith Boylan, Commander, Navy Cargo Handling Battalion TEN (NCHB-10), reports his assumption as commanding officer to Capt. Charles Kirol, Commander, Navy Expeditionary Logistics Regiment during a Change of Command Ceremony at the Mariners Museum, Dec 8. NCHB-10 is responsible for 'combat stevedoring' and is a mobile logistics support unit that provides global maritime operational and excercise support to conduct expeditonary logistics operations and capable of worldwide deployment to theater commanders in support of national strategy.
