Napoleon Bonaparte (15 August 1769 – 5 May 1821) was a French military and political leader who rose to prominence during the latter stages of the French Revolution and its associated wars in Europe. Mark Schneider (1969) is a well-known professional American actor who portraits Napoleon Bonaparte during Napoleonic battle reenactments and events throughout Europe and America. Pierre David Édouard de Colbert-Chabanais (Paris, 18 October 1774 - 1853) was a general of the French Revolutionary Wars and Napoleonic Wars, noted for his unbreakable loyalty to Napoleon I. This photo was taken during the bicentennial anniversary of the Battle of Borodino (1812-2012). The Battle of Borodino was one of the major battles during Napoleon's campaign in Russia which ultimately led to his demise.
