Santa (Hospitalman 1ST Class Richard Rex) waves from the window of a bus being used to transport gifts to children in four elementary schools in the Monong District, Bataan Province. The gift-giving event, dubbed the Christmas Caravan, was organized by Chaplain (CMDR.) Williams of Naval Air Station, Cubi Point, and is providing presents for approximately 3,000 elementary students. Over 300 volunteers from NAS, Cubi Point and Naval Station, Subic Bay, are helping with the gift distribution. Country: Philippines(PHL)
