A Military Medical Order 2nd Class with miniature Orders cross with real gold medallions produced by the sole purveyor, the firm Gebrüder Hemmerle in Munich. The medallion cylinder bears the punch mark " 950". Included is the 16 mm miniature of typical Hemmerle quality from the period of the First World War on a miniature ribbon.
