This is a typical sight under our road bridges, were people are discarding juice cans and other waste over the fence to the point the waste has gotten sizable it’s hard to miss. Plus some of our bridges are a hive for underage drinkers who’ve made this problem so much worse, yet there the first to whinge about the environment and global warming. March 20th 2020
