A footbridge on the River Ebble in the village of Fifield Bavant in Wiltshire.

The village of Fifield Bavant is in the Chalke Valley in south-west Wilshire. The River Ebble is a chalk stream, part of the River Avon catchment, and here in its upper reaches is often just a dry stream bed in the summer. This photograph was taken on a misty morning in early December.
