Housebuilder Bellway has acquired Wirral Business Park in Greasby, a village in Wirral, enabling it to start building 127 homes on the 15-acre plot, sold by investment and development firm Blue Mantle Property, forms part of the wider Arrowe Brook Road industrial estate comprising three adjoining complexes. Under Bellway’s plans, the existing 150,000 sq ft warehouse and accompanying office buildings is to be demolished to make way for the homes. A total of 25 of the units will be designated as affordable while the remaining 102 will be for private sale
