Inside the Church of Saint Vorles. The ancient little town of Châtillon-sur-Seine is situated in the Burgundy region of France. The stained glass window from 1854. Legend has it that Bernard's mother, pregnant, had a dream in which she saw herself giving birth to a little white dog all over her body, except for the back which was reddened. A monk explained to her that the one to whom she would give birth would be an excellent watchdog, watching over the Church.
