Chondrodermatitis
Lesion on the rim of the pinna of the ear of a 60 year old white male patient due to chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis (CNH). CNH is a benign (non-cancerous) painful lesion common in men over age 50 caused by reduced blood flow to the cartilage of the ear. For a dermatoscope view of this lesion see C057/1847.
