Laborers are use a big Cross-cut saw to cut a large mango tree at sadarghat, Dhaka, Bangladesh.


They are five workers were stripping a mango tree that was 8 feet tall, Per Feet US Dollar contact. It takes 35 to 40 minutes for 5 workers to get 1200Taka, the cost is Tk. 240 ( US Dollar) per person. Cross-cut is traditional process of our country which is not seen anymore. Cross-cut and pit saws were large, two-man versions of handsaws and ripsaws. Logs were cut to length with cross-cut saws and into boards with pit saws.
