First, because it was so beautifulsecond, because it was such an excellent idealization ofthe old Roman temple of the goddess Vesta ; third, be-cause I learned from one of the Worlds Fair officialsthat this was the only building on the grounds designedand erected by the Worlds Fair management as a partof the general architectural plan, which had been secured 4.
