Palestinians and supporters marched in London on Al Quds Day (Jerusalem Day) calling for an end to Israeli occupation of their country. A counter-demonstration was mounted at Piccadilly Circus by those claiming that the Al Quds day celebration was funded by the Iranian government. They protested about the denial of human rights in Iran.
