Consulate General Milan Philip Reeker, welcomes fellow consulate generals from the Consulate Milan region and introduces Army Africa commanding general, Maj. Gen. Joseph P. Harrington during a meeting at the Foreign Commercial Service on Nov. 30, 2016. The meeting was designed to give a better insight of USARAF missions to key African partners and European allies within the Consulate Milan Region.
