SONGKHLA, Thailand (May 10, 2017) Sailors assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sterett (DDG 104), Independence-class littoral combat ship USS Coronado (LCS 4), Destroyer Squadrons 31 and 7, and the Royal Thai, Republic of Singapore and Bangladesh navies view a presentation during a presail conference aboard Sterett in support of multilateral exercise CARAT. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises aimed at strengthening partnerships and increasing interoperability through bilateral and multilateral engagements ashore and at sea.
