St Margaret Lothbury, church in the City of London. Rebuilt after the Great Fire of London (1666) by Christopher Wren and Robert Hooke, between 1680 and 1700. South front: at the base of the tower a fine pedimented doorway provides the entrance from Lothbury . A delicate lead- covered spire has a tapering obelisk above a square dome.
