Sydney has been hit with a deluge of rain over the past 48 hours, with some areas including Penrith receiving the heaviest rainfall ever, In Narrabeen residents around Narabeen lagoon, pictured, have been asked to evacuate due to rising water levels from Narrabeen lake on Sydney northern beaches., where over 150mm of rain has fallen.
