ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 30, 2020) An FA-18F Super Hornet and two EA-18G Growlers, all assigned to Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (VX) 23, perform a high-speed fly-by of USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) flight deck in formation. Ford is currently conducting Aircraft Compatibility Testing to further test its Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch Systems (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
