Lt. Gen. Michael Garrett, the Army Central commander, greets Congressman Ralph Norman at Army Central’s Patton Hall, Shaw AFB, , March 30, 2018. Norman came to meet with Soldiers of USARCENT, which comprises the largest military organization in the Congressman’s district. During his visit, Norman had a one-on-one sit-down meeting with Garrett, met with USARCENT’s staff personnel for a briefing, and received a tour of Patton Hall. This visit was the representative’s first to Patton Hall and third to Shaw AFB.
