Twilight view from an ice on the river Moskva (Moscow) at the bank near Karamyshevsky passage on the curve of the modern S-shaped deck of Zhivopisny Bridge (Picturesque Bridge) with the huge 105-meter high arch that supports its main section with wide cables in winter season. The total length of the highest cable-stayed bridge in Europe built in 2017 exceeds km, including a 420-meter long, 47-meter wide main section running 30 meters above and along the centerline of river Moskva. Under the top of the arch, there is a disk-like structure that was intended to house a restaurant, but it was abandoned due to fire safety concerns and lack of investment
